The DBPR work, off your managers’ desks.

For Florida community association management firms. We track every state deadline for each association you manage, make the follow-up calls, and prepare the filings, owner notices and website postings for your licensed managers to review and submit.

The demo runs on fictional associations.

Your managers sign off. We do the rest.

Every deadline, for every association

We record each association's facts once: buildings, stories, certificate-of-occupancy dates, studies received, directors, fiscal year. The tracker computes every state deadline from them and shows which are overdue, which are due soon and which need a fact we don't have yet.

The follow-up calls, made

We make the follow-up calls to engineers and DBPR, so your managers don't have to.

Filings prepared as drafts

DBPR reporting forms, owner notices and website postings, prepared for your licensed managers to review and submit. Nothing is filed or posted without their sign-off.

A one-page status every month

One page per association: what needs sign-off, what is overdue, what is coming up, each with the statute behind it. Ready to pass to the board.

Every date comes with the statute behind it.

Each rule quotes the Florida Statutes text it rests on. Where a fact is missing, the tracker says so instead of guessing a date, and where the statute can be read more than one way, it uses the earlier deadline and says why.

Management firms only.

We work for licensed community association management firms, not for owners or boards directly. Preparing state filings and owner notices for an association is licensed work in Florida, so everything we prepare is a draft that your licensed managers review, approve and submit under their own supervision.
