Proposal Risk Review
An independent pre-submission check of your RFP response. You send the solicitation and your draft. Within two business days you get back what is missing, what is unsupported, and what will score poorly, with every finding cited to the page it comes from.
Fixed fee, $750 per solicitation.
Why
Good bids lose on the last mile.
Public evaluation records for small-firm bids keep showing the same failures: a missing signature, a certification under the wrong business name, expired insurance, references that do not match the work requested, a work plan that never maps tasks to people, a pricing form left blank. None of these are about the quality of the work. All of them cost points or disqualify the bid.
The people who know the work are usually the people writing the response, at night, after delivering for existing clients. Nobody independent reads the package against the solicitation before it goes out. This service is that read.
You send
The package as it stands.
- The solicitation, every amendment, and the published evaluation criteria.
- Every required form, certification, and attachment list.
- Your draft response, as far along as it is.
- The company facts you have approved for use: team, past work, references, insurance, certifications.
You get back
Six written deliverables.
Requirements matrix
Every stated requirement, mapped to where your draft answers it, with the gaps marked.
Missing-item report
Forms, signatures, certifications, eligibility proof, and attachments the solicitation asks for that the package does not yet contain.
Unsupported-claim flags
Statements in the draft that your supplied evidence does not back, so you can prove them or soften them before an evaluator asks.
Scoring weaknesses
Where the response is thin, ambiguous, or structured so an evaluator cannot find the answer, read against the published scoring.
Prioritized corrections
What to fix first, given the time left, with the reason for each item cited to the solicitation or your draft.
Final submission checklist
A one-page checklist for the last hour before upload.
Not included
The decisions stay with you.
- We do not set or recommend your pricing.
- We do not make legal or procurement-compliance determinations.
- We do not rewrite the response or produce the final document.
- We do not submit on your behalf, sign anything, or contact the buyer.
- We do not promise an award. Every decision and every edit stays yours.
How it works
Four steps, two business days.
Step 1
Email the due date
Write to hello@frontierpeer.com with the solicitation name, the submission deadline, and roughly how far along the draft is. We confirm fit the same business day.
Step 2
Scope, NDA, and transfer
You receive a one-page scope and a mutual NDA to sign, plus a private transfer link for the documents. Nothing is reviewed before both are in place.
Step 3
Review
The package is read by FrontierPeer's own RFP review software: a panel of four frontier models from different providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and xAI) reads it against the solicitation, each taking an independent position, then challenging one another, and the reviewer verifies every finding. Every finding cites the page it comes from.
Step 4
Delivery
The written review arrives within two business days of complete intake. A 30-minute walkthrough call is included if you want one.
Fit
What the fixed fee covers.
- One solicitation package of up to 100 pages, including amendments.
- A submission deadline at least five business days away when we receive the documents.
- A firm of 5 to 75 people bidding on public-sector, education, healthcare, nonprofit, or larger corporate solicitations, for the first time or the fiftieth.
- State, local, education, and commercial work. Federal FAR and DFARS-heavy proposals are outside the current scope.
- No classified, export-controlled, health-record, payment-card, or credential data in the package.
Larger packages, shorter deadlines, and repeat-bid coverage are quoted separately.
Confidentiality
Your documents stay yours.
A mutual NDA is signed before any document is transferred. Your materials are used only to produce your review and are never used as examples, training data, or marketing.
Documents are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-on engagement. You can request earlier deletion at any time.
Reviews are performed by Frontier Peer Labs, LLC, a Maine company, with its own RFP review software: a panel of four frontier models from different providers reads every package, and the reviewer verifies every finding. Nothing is sent from an automated system alone. We never represent that a draft has been legally or procurement reviewed.
Start
Send the due date.
One email with the solicitation name and the deadline is enough to start. If the package is not a fit, we say so the same day.
