How we work · AI and automation
The machinery behind the work, shown in full.
We built our own AI tooling to do our own work: reviewing documents, researching the public record, building sites and sending the email that keeps clients informed. Here is what it does, what it looks like, and the rule that governs all of it: a person reads every result before you do.
Capabilities
Six things it does today.
A panel of models that check each other
Frontier models from different providers each read the material on their own, without seeing the others' work. Then they challenge one another's findings, and a deciding pass keeps what survives. A person verifies every finding before it reaches you. This is the engine behind the Proposal Risk Review.
- Independent first reads
- Cross-examination
- Every finding cited to a page
Research briefs with the sources attached
Research agents work through a firm's public record, profile, published bids and open opportunities in parallel. Code then checks the result: every line is labelled fact, report, inference, speculation or unknown, and any quoted passage must match its source word for word or it is rejected.
- Dated and cited
- Quotes verified against source
- Unknowns left labelled
Private client workspaces
A private page for one client, reached by an unguessable link with no account to create: their record, what fits them now, sample deliverables clearly marked as samples, and a quote that leads straight to checkout. Every fact on it carries its source and date.
- No login
- Source and date on every fact
- Checkout built in
Website audits and demo sites
We check a site from the outside the way a visitor's browser sees it, write up what we found in plain English, and generate a working rebuild from a content file in which every claim is checked against a cited source before it can build.
- Security-header grading
- Content checked against sources
- Printed packets and labels
Secure document intake
Clients upload documents with no account. Files are checked for type and malware, stored encrypted, limited per visitor, and deleted after the retention period we promise.
- Malware and type checks
- Encrypted at rest
- Deleted on schedule
Branded email that sends itself
One renderer produces every message as designed HTML with a full plain-text twin. Each email is queued in the same step as the event that causes it, so a payment or an upload can never happen without its receipt, and failed sends retry on their own. No tracking pixels.
- HTML plus plain text
- Queued with the event
- Automatic retries
How the panel works
One model can be confidently wrong. Several that argue usually are not.
01
Read alone
Each model reads the material without seeing the others.
02
Challenge
Each one attacks the others' findings and defends its own.
03
Decide
A deciding pass keeps what holds up, with the page it rests on.
04
Verify
A person checks every finding before anything is sent.
Our email
What lands in your inbox.
Every message follows one design: a quiet white card, the logo, one clear action at most, and a plain-text version for every mail client. These are recreations of live messages with placeholder references.
We have your package
Your solicitation and draft arrived: 3 files, reference FP-0000.
Within one business day you will receive the missing-items report: the forms, certifications, signatures, attachments and answers the solicitation asks for that your package does not yet contain, each cited to the page that asks for it. The reviewer reads every finding before it is sent.
Your documents are used only for this report and are deleted 30 days after delivery unless you ask otherwise.
FrontierPeer is a commercial firm, not affiliated with or endorsed by the State of Maine or any support program.
Your review is booked
We have your payment of $750 for the Proposal Risk Review, reference FP-0000. Stripe sends the receipt separately.
Within one business day we confirm fit and send a one-page scope, a mutual NDA and a private link for the documents. Nothing is reviewed before the NDA is signed.
The written review arrives within two business days of complete intake.

Automatic sends
Something happens, the right email goes out.
These send on their own. Outreach and client correspondence are different: each one is written individually and reviewed before it is sent.
| When | What sends |
|---|---|
| A client uploads documents | “We have your package” receipt to the client, and a notice to the reviewer |
| Stripe confirms a payment | “Payment received” or “Subscription started”, with the next steps |
| A client updates their workspace | Notice to the reviewer with what changed |
| A subscription ends | Notice to the reviewer to stop the work |
| Someone signs up | Welcome and email verification |
| Password reset or change | Reset link, then a confirmation that it changed |
| Email address change | Confirm-new, warn-old, and a final confirmation |
| Usage passes a threshold | One usage note per billing cycle |
| Plan starts, ends or continues | Billing notices with dates |
| A security event | Notice when a suspicious passkey is removed |
